What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address, message, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and company name.

From your browser: like most websites, we receive the standard technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, the page or site that referred you, and the date and time. This site does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Contact form details are used to read and reply to your message, and to keep a record of the conversation if we end up working together. Browser information is used to understand where visitors are coming from and what they are looking into, so we can improve this website and the information on it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How it is handled

Your message is sent by email to BNIT Solutions and is also saved in a secure database so that no inquiry is lost. If email delivery ever fails, a notification containing your message may be sent to us through a secure messaging service that encrypts messages in transit.

We rely on trusted service providers to operate this website, including hosting, email delivery, spam protection and messaging. They handle the information described in this notice on our behalf, which may include your messages and browser information. Some of these providers may process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, so information you submit may be subject to the laws of those places while it is being handled.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and saved records for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for our normal business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email service@bnit.ca and we will respond promptly.
